The Service is operated by Redential LLC (“Redential,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing the Service, connecting a repository, submitting work, completing a proof update, publishing a profile, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Redential is not a school, university, employer, recruiter, certification authority, government agency, or licensing body. Redential does not guarantee employment, admission, promotion, compensation, funding, hiring outcomes, academic credit, legal recognition, or professional certification.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms;
all information you provide to us is accurate and complete;
you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
you are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law;
you will not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes.

3. ACCOUNTS

To use certain parts of the Service, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

provide accurate account information;
keep your login credentials secure;
promptly update your account information if it changes;
notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to protect your account credentials.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for Redential or others, misused the Service, submitted false information, attempted to manipulate verification results, or engaged in abusive behavior.

4. COMPANY AND PRODUCT NAME

The Service is provided by Redential LLC. “Redential,” “redential.com,” and related names, logos, designs, badges, marks, profiles, verification labels, and product elements are owned by Redential LLC or its licensors.

You may not use our names, logos, branding, badges, or marks without our prior written permission, except where expressly allowed by the Service.

5. USER PROFILES

Redential may allow you to create a public, private, or shareable profile.

Your profile may include, depending on your settings and use of the Service:

your name, username, handle, avatar, profile photo, bio, links, location, or public-facing information you choose to provide;
detected capabilities;
verified capabilities;
self-declared capabilities;
proof updates;
completed verification workflows;
project titles or descriptions;
public project links you choose to share;
skill levels, confidence levels, categories, tags, or badges;
activity summaries;
AI-generated summaries;
timestamps, verification dates, or profile history;
other information you choose to publish.

You understand that information you publish on a public profile may be viewed, indexed, shared, copied, screenshotted, archived, or otherwise used by others. We cannot control what third parties do with information that you make public.

6. PUBLIC AND PRIVATE INFORMATION

We are committed to separating private account information from public capability information.

Unless you choose to make it public, we do not intentionally publish your email address, private account information, billing information, private repository contents, private repository names, private repository URLs, private commit contents, private files, or private personal data on your public profile.

However, your public profile may display your skills, capabilities, badges, verification status, proof summaries, skill categories, project summaries, public links you choose to add, and other profile information you choose to publish.

You are responsible for reviewing your public profile before sharing it.

7. REPOSITORIES AND CODE

The Service may allow you to connect software repositories, including private or public repositories, through third-party services such as GitHub.

Depending on permissions you grant, Redential may access repository metadata, commit metadata, file structure, package information, README files, dependency information, pull request information, branch information, deployment information, issue information, code snippets, or other repository-related information.

We do not intentionally make your private repositories public.

We do not intentionally publish your private repository code, private repository files, private repository URLs, or private repository contents on your public profile unless you explicitly choose to share them.

However, Redential may generate and display public summaries of capabilities inferred from your repository activity, such as “Backend,” “Authentication,” “Payments,” “AI Workflow,” “Frontend,” “Data Pipeline,” or similar skill categories.

You are responsible for making sure that you have the right to connect, submit, analyze, or reference any repository, codebase, file, project, or organization account that you use with the Service.

You must not connect or submit repositories, code, files, secrets, confidential business information, trade secrets, employer-owned materials, client work, proprietary code, or third-party materials unless you have the legal right to do so.

8. THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNTS AND INTEGRATIONS

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as GitHub, Google, Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, LinkedIn, X, Discord, Slack, Cursor, Claude, or other developer tools and services.

Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. Redential is not responsible for third-party services, outages, data practices, permissions, bugs, security incidents, pricing changes, or changes to their APIs.

By connecting a third-party account, you authorize Redential to access and process information from that account according to the permissions you grant and our Privacy Policy.

You may be able to disconnect third-party integrations through your account settings or through the third-party platform.

9. USER CONTENT

“User Content” means any content, data, information, code, files, text, links, repository information, project information, submissions, proof updates, comments, messages, profile information, images, videos, demos, documents, feedback, or other material that you submit, upload, connect, publish, or otherwise provide through the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the license you grant us below.

You represent and warrant that:

you own your User Content or have the necessary rights to use and submit it;
your User Content does not violate any law, contract, intellectual property right, privacy right, confidentiality obligation, employment agreement, platform policy, or third-party right;
your User Content does not contain malware, harmful code, unauthorized secrets, stolen information, or unlawful material;
you will not submit confidential, restricted, or sensitive information unless you have the right to do so.

10. LICENSE YOU GRANT TO REDENTIAL

By submitting, connecting, uploading, or publishing User Content, you grant Redential LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, process, analyze, reproduce, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, summarize, classify, transform, transmit, and use your User Content as necessary to:

provide the Service;
operate your account;
analyze repositories or submitted projects;
generate capability profiles;
detect skills;
verify proof updates;
provide AI-generated feedback;
display public profile information that you choose to publish;
improve safety, security, reliability, and performance;
debug, troubleshoot, and prevent abuse;
comply with legal obligations;
develop, maintain, and improve the Service.

This license does not give us ownership of your User Content.

For private repositories and private materials, we will not intentionally publish the underlying private code or repository contents unless you explicitly choose to make that information public.

11. PUBLIC PROFILE LICENSE

If you publish a public profile, public proof, public project summary, public badge, public link, public capability, or other public-facing information, you grant us a license to display, distribute, index, promote, share, and make that public information available through the Service and related channels.

You understand that public information may remain visible through cached pages, search engines, screenshots, third-party archives, or external links even after you later remove or change it.

12. AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS

The Service may use artificial intelligence systems to analyze submitted work, detect capabilities, generate feedback, summarize projects, recommend proof updates, produce profile text, classify skills, evaluate submissions, or assist with other product features.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or misleading. You should review all outputs before relying on them, publishing them, or sharing them.

Redential does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs are correct, complete, fair, or suitable for any specific purpose.

We may use automated systems, human review, or a combination of both to evaluate submissions, detect abuse, improve accuracy, or resolve disputes.

13. CAPABILITY DETECTION AND VERIFICATION

Redential may label capabilities as “detected,” “verified,” “self-declared,” “suggested,” “in progress,” “trusted,” or other categories.

These labels are product signals. They are not legal certifications, professional licenses, academic degrees, employment guarantees, or official credentials.

A “detected” capability means that Redential found signals that may suggest a capability.

A “verified” capability means that Redential applied one or more verification checks, proof updates, submission reviews, automated tests, repository checks, metadata checks, or other methods.

Verification does not mean that a user is guaranteed to be an expert, employable, trustworthy, honest, or qualified for any specific role.

Verification does not guarantee that the user personally completed every part of the work without assistance.

Verification does not guarantee that submitted code is secure, production-ready, original, legally compliant, or free of defects.

Redential may change, remove, downgrade, reclassify, or revoke capabilities, badges, proof results, or verification labels at any time if we believe the information is inaccurate, outdated, misleading, manipulated, fraudulent, or no longer supported by evidence.

14. NO GUARANTEE OF EMPLOYMENT OR OPPORTUNITY

Redential may help users present their skills, capabilities, project work, or proof updates. However, we do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in:

employment;
job interviews;
job offers;
promotions;
income;
admissions;
scholarships;
funding;
business opportunities;
partnerships;
professional recognition;
academic recognition;
visa approvals;
legal recognition;
or any other outcome.

Any decision by an employer, recruiter, school, investor, customer, partner, or third party is outside our control.

15. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

use the Service for unlawful purposes;
submit false, misleading, fake, manipulated, stolen, or fraudulent work;
claim work as your own if you do not have the right to do so;
connect repositories you do not have permission to access;
submit employer-owned, client-owned, or proprietary work without authorization;
upload malware, spyware, ransomware, viruses, worms, harmful code, or exploit code;
attempt to access another user’s account;
scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission;
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service;
interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Service;
bypass access controls, rate limits, verification systems, or security measures;
spam, harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, or defraud others;
create fake accounts or manipulate profile signals;
sell, rent, or transfer your account without permission;
use the Service to violate third-party terms or policies;
use the Service to generate or distribute harmful, deceptive, or illegal content;
attempt to manipulate AI evaluations, proof checks, verification labels, or scoring systems;
submit private keys, passwords, API keys, tokens, secrets, or sensitive credentials;
use the Service in a way that could harm Redential, users, third parties, or the public.

16. PROOF INTEGRITY

The value of Redential depends on honest evidence.

You agree that you will not intentionally manipulate proof workflows, submit work created entirely by another person as your own, use unauthorized collaborators, fabricate commit history, misrepresent repository ownership, fake deployment data, hide material context, or otherwise attempt to deceive Redential or profile viewers.

Use of AI coding tools is allowed unless a specific proof workflow states otherwise. Redential is designed for AI-native work. However, you must not misrepresent the nature of your work, your role, your ownership, or your contribution.

Redential may use technical and non-technical measures to assess proof integrity, including timestamps, repository metadata, commit history, branch history, proof tokens, deployment checks, logs, manual review, third-party signals, anomaly detection, or other methods.

We may reject, suspend, downgrade, remove, or review any proof if we suspect fraud, manipulation, abuse, unauthorized work, or insufficient evidence.

17. PAYMENT AND BILLING

Some parts of the Service may be free. Other parts may require payment, credits, subscriptions, usage-based fees, or other charges.

If you purchase a paid feature, subscription, or plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. We do not control their systems or data practices.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in the applicable plan terms.

We may change pricing, features, limits, or plan availability at any time. If you have a recurring subscription, we will provide notice of material pricing changes as required by law.

You are responsible for keeping your billing information accurate and up to date.

18. FREE TRIALS, CREDITS, AND PROMOTIONS

We may offer free trials, credits, discounts, grants, promotions, beta access, or experimental features.

We may modify, revoke, limit, or discontinue these offers at any time.

Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms.

Credits, if any, may expire and may not be redeemable for cash unless required by law.

19. BETA FEATURES

Redential may offer beta, experimental, preview, or early-access features. These features may be incomplete, unstable, inaccurate, or changed without notice.

Beta features are provided “as is” and may be discontinued at any time.

You should not rely on beta features for critical decisions.

20. FEEDBACK

If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, feature requests, comments, or recommendations, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, publish, distribute, and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

21. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service, including software, designs, interfaces, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, icons, badges, workflows, scoring methods, verification methods, profile formats, and other Redential materials, is owned by Redential LLC or its licensors.

Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights in the Service.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the Service unless we give you written permission.

22. CONFIDENTIALITY

You may receive access to non-public information about Redential, including beta features, private documentation, technical information, product plans, business plans, pricing, security processes, or other confidential information.

You agree not to disclose confidential information without our written permission.

This obligation does not apply to information that becomes public through no fault of your own, was already lawfully known to you, or is required to be disclosed by law.

23. SECURITY

We take reasonable measures to protect the Service, but no system is completely secure.

You agree not to test, scan, attack, exploit, or bypass the security of the Service without our written permission.

If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to hi@redential.com.

You must not publicly disclose vulnerabilities, access data without authorization, or disrupt the Service.

24. DATA BACKUPS

We may maintain backups for operational, security, legal, or disaster recovery purposes. However, we do not guarantee that any User Content, profile, repository analysis, proof result, or account data will always be available or recoverable.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important information.

25. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, third-party failures, security issues, infrastructure problems, or other causes.

26. TERMINATION BY YOU

You may stop using the Service at any time.

You may request account deletion by contacting us at hi@redential.com or through account settings if available.

Some information may remain in backups, logs, legal records, payment records, security records, or public pages that were previously shared, as described in our Privacy Policy.

27. TERMINATION BY REDENTIAL

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:

you violate these Terms;
you create legal, security, reputational, or operational risk;
you submit fraudulent or misleading information;
you misuse the Service;
you infringe intellectual property rights;
your account is inactive for an extended period;
we are required to do so by law;
we discontinue the Service;
or we determine that termination is appropriate to protect Redential, users, third parties, or the public.

28. EFFECT OF TERMINATION

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service ends immediately.

We may remove or disable your account, profile, submissions, proofs, and access to integrations.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, licenses, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution, and confidentiality provisions.
